Rebecca and Quentin married in Glasgow. These stunning pictures were taken by Struve-photography. Rebecca chose a modern wedding dress for big day. Her desire for a simple unfussy look was very important. The beauty of the location with the simplicity of the dress design creates a stunning combination.
Adding a French lace veil, which I also made, gave a little drama to the look. There is something about a long veil that instantly transforms a bridal look. Creating drama and romance.
Rebecca wore the Eloise design. A soft pale blush colour with an Ivory French Lace on the bodice and a silk tulle skirt over the blush silk of the skirt.
The bodice has the French Lace eyelash trim, around the neckline and waist, loved by so many brides. French Lace has this vintage style edging that is unique to this fabric. The dress design is soft and luxurious, easy to wear and super comfortable.
Although the silk is a beautiful blush colour the Ivory of the lace and silk tulle over lays have the effect of softening the intensity of the colour.
I love the genuine and relaxed look of this beautiful couple. Not even a bit of downpour could dampen the loveliness of their pictures. Simple and easy with understated affection are captured here so well. Their venue was University Chapel Glasgow a stunning backdrop for a stunning wedding.
Such a wonderful atmosphere of solid grandness and moody mystery. Rebecca looks stunningly serene and elegant in each and every one of these shots.
Enjoying a wedding from the beauty of the pictures is almost the best part of my job! Making sure each of my brides absolutely look their best in my dresses is my priority and gives me great satisfaction when I finally see the dress in action !
